Long Branch, NJ, June 5, 2024?- Monmouth Medical Center, as part of 新月直播, is in the process of evaluating the current health needs of residents in Monmouth County for its 2024-2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).

As part of a larger 2024-2025 Community Health Needs Assessment, 新月直播 — in collaboration with health coalition partners, local health centers, county and local health departments, other healthcare institutional partners, and community organizations — is conducting a survey to learn more about the needs and strengths of the community and its residents.

“These results will shape the programs and services that we and our community partners provide by helping us understand the current social, economic, and health concerns and experiences of communities in your area – particularly those that are the most underserved,” said Abigail Thompson, Regional Director of Community Health Education. “In the past, survey results have led to the development of smoking prevention campaigns for youth, healthy cooking classes in the community, expansion of transportation options, and mental health training for first responders.”

Monmouth Medical Center hopes to have broad participation from people of all ethnicities, religions and backgrounds, and from all local communities. Anyone aged 18 and older can take the survey. It’s confidential, takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, and is available in 8 languages: Arabic, simplified Chinese, English, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Portuguese, Spanish, and Yiddish.

The 2024-2025 survey through September.
